Customers have told us that they have received junk e-mail and SMS messages impersonating Yamato Transport and notified us of the existence of spoofed websites.

These junk e-mail1 include URL in their text and/or an attached file. Clicking on a URL that directs you to a spoofed website2 or opening the attached file may infect your computer with malware. The spam e-mail and spoofed websites may lead you to a site that requests that you enter personal information and may fraudulently use your personal information.

We do not send delivery notices or advance notices to customers via SMS. The URLs on our official website and the URLs included in delivery notices and advance notices do not include the ".com" top-level domain. We do not charge customers to request a redelivery or that the delivery time/date be changed.

■Yamato Transport uses the Sender Policy Framework (SPF) domain authentication technology to detect fraudulent e-mail.
