The basic guided tour takes 60 minutes. We can arrange the tour to meet your require. If you view the museum unescorted, you may spend as much time as you like. Seating is available in various sites in the museum such as areas where videos are viewed and in rest areas, so please share the seating.
Yes, you may use a wheelchair or stroller. The structure has many slopes, so if you use a wheelchair, please be accompanied by an assistant.
Is there a place where I can change a baby's diaper?
Yes, there are changing tables in the multi-function bathrooms in the museum.

What type of personal identification is necessary?
Personal information to be presented at reception when necessary is a driver's license, passport, health insurance card, student ID, disability certificate, or other public document that confirms your identity. In cases when only children or students enter such as school trips and tours, personal identification is not required.
